Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section identifying various parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the current oversight process.
